摘　　要：当前,事业型的办馆方式已不再适应市场经济的要求。高校图书馆利用自身优势开发信息产业,涉足经营性活动已势在必行。而合理调配人员结构,与各种信息用户建立长期协作或专题服务关系,编辑出版各种快讯和商情报道,进行定题调研,制定有效的推销策略,在用户中树立良好信誉等,是提高信息产品生产方式的重要保证,同时也是高校图书馆在经济社会中促进自身发展的必由之路。The traditional administrative method of college and university libraries is out of date in the market economy. It is inevitable for us to make full advantages of college and university libraries to develop information industry and set foot in business activities. We should regulate the structure of library personnels and establish a long-term cooperation and services on certain topics with all information users. It is also important to edit and publish various bulletins and business reports as well as to conduct monographic studies. We should set a good fame among customers and work out effective promotional tactics. Thus the library productive forces will reach a new stage in economic society.
