兔股动脉经皮腔内成形术的实验研究

摘　　要：本文对家兔股动脉人为形成的狭窄进行血管经皮腔内成形术实验。通过X线动脉造影及病理切片,研究其扩张机制,并对动脉狭窄的制作方法及组织结构作了描述。实验结果显示:除了动脉中膜伸展、内膜撕裂及动脉中、内膜分离与动脉粥样硬化性狭窄的扩张机制相同外,还有内膜表层的压缩。PTA of artificial stenosis of 8 femoral arternes was performed in rabbits. By angiography and pathological sections, mechanism of PTA was studied. How to make the narrowing model and its histological structure was also destribed in detail. The results of dilatation of the model showed: besides streching of arterial media, splitting and dissection between neointima and media, there was compression of surperficial layer of the neointima.
