摘　　要：本文观察老年冠心病患者夜间动态心电图的特征,进一步阐明在迷走神经作用增强的夜间睡眠状态下,各种类型冠心病的ST-T波变化和窦性缓慢心律发生的频度,并对其临床意义和预后进行了讨论。The authers observed the characteristics of dynami electrocardiographic findings at night in aged patients with coronary heart disese, The ST-T changes and the frequency ofssinus slow rthythm of varius kinds of coronary heart disease were also noted under sleeping condition with enhanced vagus function. Their clinical significance and prognosis are discussed in the article.
