摘　　要：科学技术发展的综合化构成了现代科学技术革命的特征之一。现代医学的发展得益于基础科学的发展，同样也是科学技术综合化的良好体现。借助于电子显微镜、免疫学、分子生物学、现代化学、物理学技术和计算机技术的迅速发展及向多领域的渗透，多学科、多种先进技术的综合应用使我们对角膜内皮细胞的认识由不知到可知，由知之甚少到知之较多，并从组织器官水平、细胞水平发展到当今的亚细胞水平乃至分子水平。AbstractThe synthesization of science and technology is one ofessential features in modern revolution of science and tech -nology.Current medical sciences has been promoted by thedevelopment of basic sciences ,also reflected the synthe-sization of science and technology.The rapid developmentof electron microscope , immunology, molecular biology,current chemistry,physics and computer science and syn-thetical application of multiple advanced technology havemade us know the corneal endothelial cell from the tissue,organ ,cellular to subcellular ,even molecular level.
