摘　　要：一种复合式高稳定电涡流传感器,它由内部带温度敏感元件的探头和前置器组成.通过提高传感器系统的灵敏度、改进电路、合理选用元器件的温度特性、微机校正偏差等方法提高传感器系统的精度和稳定性.This paper presents a high stability composite electro-eddy-cur-rent sensor that is composed of both a probe with an internal temperature sen-sitive element and a front end circuit. The accuracy and stability of the sensing system are improved by increasing the sensitivity of the system, bettering the circuits, reasonably choosing the temperature property of devices and ele-ments, and offset corrected by a micro-computer.
