摘 要:本研究用新生大鼠脑海马区细胞进行体外培养,观察不同浓度(10-3~10-6mol/L)维生素C(VC)对海马细胞生长的影响。结果表明,培养14天的细胞存活数在10-6mol/L和10-5mol/LVC组与对照组(培养液中不加VC)之间无明显差别,10-4mol/LVC组明显高于对照组,而10-3mol/LVC组存活细胞很少。进一步观察可见10-4mol/LVC组细胞突起数目、长度、胞体面积和周长均高于对照组(P<0.05),细胞总蛋白相对含量明显增加。结果提示,10-4mol/LVC对体外培养海马神经细胞的生长有一定促进作用。he effect of vitamin C(VC)on the growth of hippocampal neurons from newborn rats was investigated by using dissociated cell culture。 Con-centrations of VC in culture medium was 10-6 mol/L, 10-5 mol/L, 10-4mol/L and 10-3 mol/L respectively,On the 14th day, the numbers of survival neu- rons in 10-6mol/L and 10-5 mol/L VC groups were almost the same as contro(no VC in medium).The numbers of survival neurons in 10-4 mol/L VC gro- up were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and sur- vival neurons in 10-3mol/L VC group were very scanty,The number and length of neuronal processcs as well as the area and perimeter of neurosoma in 10-4mol/L VC group were all increased markedly as compared with tho- se of control group.The total protein content in 10-4 mol/L VC group was also enhanced significantly as compared with that in control. These results indicated that the suitable amount of VC supplementation could improve neuronal growth in vitro。
