摘　　要：计算了横流ＣＯ２激光器在最佳运转状态下，介质折射率变化的一阶小量α、二阶小量β以及系统的校准容限，并给出了由α，β引起的光轴偏转和基模扩展的计算结果。In 820 SPECTRA .transverse-flow CO2 laser with optimum operation conditions,the first order quantity α, the second order quantity β of the medium. refractive index change arecalculated. The calculative results of optical axis deflection and extension of basiC mode resultingfrom α,βare also given。
