摘 要:该文研究的硼化物硬质相耐磨合金堆焊焊条为Cr-Mn-B合金系,堆焊层组织由奥氏体和含棚化物硬质相的共晶体组成,由于硼化物硬质相的硬度高,故含硼化物硬质相的共晶体在磨损过程中起到耐磨骨架作用,显著地提高了堆焊层的耐磨性。常温下的耐磨性能是高锰钢的3倍左右。在制砖机双轴搅拌器的叶片上实际运用考核中,比原45#钢淬火件提高寿命5倍之多。该合金系焊条不但具有良好的加工硬化效应,且有良好的机加工性能。In this paper,the built-up welding rod of the wear-resisting alloy with boronic compound hard phase is studied by author which is a Cr-Mn-B alloy system, the structure of buitt-up welding layer is consist of eutectic of austenite and contain boronic compound hard phase. Due to the hardness of boronic compound hard phase is play function of wear-resisting skeleton in wear processing,the wear resistance of buitt-up layer is greatly increase. The wear resistance at room temperature is about 3 times than that of high manganese steel. Use it as the blade of double spindle agitator of brick manufacture,the service life is 5 times ihan that of hardened 45# steel. The welding rod not only have good work hardening effect but also have good machinable property.
