摘　　要：本文叙述了用９７５型ＩＣＰ直读光谱仪，同时测定铀矿石尾渣标准物质中Ａｓ、Ｂａ、Ｂｅ、Ｃｄ、Ｃｒ、Ｃｕ、Ｎｉ、Ｐｂ和Ｚｎ，以ＨＦ－ＨＮＯ３－ＨＣｌＯ４分解试样，方法的检出限为０．０００５—０．０１４μｇ／ｍＬ，相对标准偏差小于１０％，铀矿石尾渣标准物质中９种元素的测得值与标准值一致，方法简便并适用于例行分析。A method for determination of As, Ba, Be, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Ph and Zn in the uranium ore taiLlugs reference materials by a model 975 ICP direct reading spectrometer is described. The samplewas decomposed with HF, HNO3 and HClO4. Their determination limits came between 0.0005μg/mL and 0. 014μg/mL. The relative standard deviation was less than 10%. The analytical results obtained for 9 elements in uranium tailings reference materials were in agreementwith the standard values. The method is simple and suitable for routine analysis.
