半夏对妊娠家兔和胚胎的毒性研究

摘　　要：本文对半夏的妊娠禁忌问题进行了实验探讨。制半夏和生半夏汤剂在对妊娠家兔母体无影响的情况下,能够引起死胎显著增加,胎儿体重显著下降,胎儿之间的大小差异突出。半夏汤剂的胚胎毒性不因炮制而有所降低,说明我国古代“半夏动胎”的说法有其道理。This paper is on the experimental studies of the contradictory effects of Rhizoma Pinelliae in pregnant rabbits, It has been shown that the decoction of crude and processed Rhizoma Pinelliae can increase the number of dead fetuses significantly. There is an obvious difference in the size of the individual living fetuses. On the other hand, the decoctions do not cause maternal toxicity in pregnancy: It has been found that the embryotoxicity of the decoction of the processed Rhizoma Pinelliae does not decrease as compared with that of the crude one.
