摘 要:为了弄清聚合物驱油对杆式泵、电潜泵、螺杆系的影响,以及这三种机采方式用于聚合物驱采油时的能耗状况,进行了三种机采方式的系统效率与能耗的测试与计算,并与水驱时三种机采方式的系统效率与能耗值进行了对比。同时对聚合物、水驱这三种机采方式的能耗进行了评价,结果表明,对杆式泵井,聚合物驱时的能耗是水驱能耗的1.1倍;对电潜泵井,聚合物驱时的能耗是水驱能耗的1.6倍;对螺杆泵井,聚合物驱与水驱时的能耗基本相当。In order to gain a clear idea of the effects on rod pump,electric submersible pump and screw pump by polymer flood and the energy consume status in polymer flood of this three kinds of artifical lift patterns,the authors make test and calculation on system efficiency and energy consume of the three kinds of artificial lift patterns and compared them with the three kinds of artificial lift patterns of water drive, meanwhile appraise their energy consume. The result shows that in rod pump wells,the energy consume of polymer flood is 1. 1 times of water drive; in electric submersible pump, the energy consume of polymer flood is 1. 6 times of water drive;and in screw pump,the energy collsume of polymer flood and water drive are basically equal.
