大庆油田含油污水深度处理双向过滤技术

摘　　要：双向过滤器是一种新型高效、低耗的水处理过滤设备，以双向过滤器为技术核心的双向过滤技术和常规过滤技术相比，具有滤达高、处理水质好、自耗水量小、运行费用低、自动化程度高等特．久。文中重点论述了双向过滤技术的工艺流程、水质处理、混凝剂投加、自控投药和反冲洗等关键技术问题。采用双向过滤技术比采用常规过滤技术节省基建工程投资50％以上，运行费用也可节省30％左右。该项技术1993年1月获国家专利。Bi-directional filter is a kind of new type, high-effi ciency and low-loss water treatment filtration appara tus. Comparing with routine filtration technology, bi directional filtration which takes bi-directional filter as technical core has the following strong points: high in filtration speed, better in treated water quality, less in self-consume water amount, low in operation cost and high in automatic level etc. This article expounds stress on process flow, water quality treatment, the adding of coagulant, automatic add chemicals and back-wash etc key techniques. Comparing with rou tine filtration technology, it saves over 50% in capital construction engineering investment,and saves about 30% in operation expense. It gained state patent right in Jan. 1993.
