降失水剂ST200S的室内试验和现场应用

摘　　要：ＳＴ２００Ｓ是天津劳德化学技术公司研制生产的一种新型油井水泥降失水剂。室内试验结果表明，ＳＴ２００Ｓ降失水效果显著，与其它外加剂有良好的相容性，对水泥浆的流变性和抗压强度无不良影响。吐哈油田用ＳＴ２００Ｓ固油层套管共３口井，优质率达１００％。This paper describe the laboratory performance evaluation of filtrate loss reducer ST200S, a new commercial additive for oil well cement slurries. and its use in 3 wells of Thlufan-Hami Oil Fields. Being of polymeric type, this agent is very effective (introducing single ST200S in 1. 4% reduces the HTHP filtrate loss of a plain grade G cement slurry from 1471 down to 41 ml), well compatible with other additives and can slightly improve the rheologic characteristics of slurries and does not affect negatively the strength of set cement.
