摘 要:复合驱采出液的处理是复合驱油工艺的配套技术。本文分析了孤东小井距复合驱采出液对孤东一号联合站原油脱水的影响,介绍了孤东小井距复合驱采出液预处理工艺流程、化学处理剂评选及预处理现场试验中取得的明显效果。复合驱采出液预处理是有效的、可行的。The produced fluids from the A/S/P flooding pilot area were incorporated, after settling, in massive quantities of watery crude of whole Gudong Oil Field at the lst gathering station (in volume ratio less than 1 : 100) for electrochemical dehydration. This, however , led to increasing the water content in purified oil and to disturbing and ceasing the work of electric dehydrator periodically every two months owing to the accumulated stable interlayer emulsions. Experiments on pretreating this produced fluids were conducted. In non-chemical pretreatment the produced fluids were allowed to settle and roughly separate into waste water of oil content 1 -3% , which was reinjected into the reservoir insitu,and crude of ~ 50% water, which was incorporated in the lst gathering station and caused no trouble in dehydration. In chemical pretreatment by using the combinations cationic polyether + inorganic acid selected, the produced fluids were separated into waste water of oil content<100 ppm and crude of water content 20-30% , the later could be dehydrated at the gathering station safely.
