摘　　要：介绍了ＦＳ－８９１酚醛树脂涂敷砂的基本配方与性能特点，考察了固化剂与添加剂用量、固化温度与时间、贮存温度与时间、浸泡介质等因素对涂敷砂固结物强度的影响，简要介绍了该涂敷砂防砂工艺技术在胜利油田的应用效果。ＦＳ－８９１酚醛树脂涂敷砂的施工工艺简单、成本低，具有良好的防砂作用。The titled resin-coated sand is prepared from quartz sand. phenolic resin FS-891, a curing agent,and an auxilliary.It is the cheaqiest one of the grades of coated sand being used in Shengli. It os spueezed into oil wells with sand trouble together with fresh water of pH 6.5-7.5. After curing at temperature≥60℃ it forms consolidated well bore of bar compression strength≥ 3.0 MPa and permeability> 80 μm￣2 The compression strength and other properties are extensively investigated in a series of single variable tests to seek for the reasonable concentrations of main ingredients, the curing temperatures and time.and the requirements in storage. The field uses in Shengli Oil Fields are described briefly.
