摘　　要：本文立体选择性地合成了百洲蔗螟性信息素Ｅ－（±）－Ｅｌｄａｎｏｌｉｄｅ。关键的关环步骤产率达到５４．０％。产物经气相色谱法测定，顺，反异构体之比为８：９２。本合成方法具有路线较短，产率较高，反应条件温和等优点。最终产物及中间体的结构经ＩＲ，＾１ＨＮＭＲ和ＭＳ谱学数据证实。The dl-Eldanolide, a Sex pheromone of African Sugar-cane borer was Synthesized. The yield was 54.0% in the key step of ring closure. The product, dl-Eldanolide, was shown by GC to be a mixture of Z: E isomers in 8: 92 ratio. This method has advantages of short routes, high yield and mild condition. All compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and MS Spectroscopies.
