频域与时域三点法测量直线度误差比较分析

摘　　要：在研究了频域三点法误差分离技术（ＥＳＴ）测量直线度误差的基础上，进一步研究了时域三点法ＥＳＴ，得出了时域三点法ＥＳＴ测量直线度误差递推矩阵方程，并进行了仿真计算，分析比较了两种方法的可靠性。Three point method EST in time-domain is studied on the basis of the research in three point method EST in frequency-domain. The matrix equation of measuring straightness error with three point method EST in time-domain is pre-sented. Computer simulation is made,the reliability of two methods is compared and analyzed.
