摘  要:应用废物玻璃粘度和电阻率数学模型研制电熔炉法玻璃固化用基础玻璃配方,取得的主要结果如下:(1)821厂高放废液固化用基础玻璃配方90U/19和90U/20包容质量分数为20%的废物算化物仍无黄相析出,它们包容质量分数为16%废物氧化物的主要工艺性能和产品玻璃性能达到或超过国外同类废物玻璃;(2)固化“Nd代U废液”用基础玻璃配方90Nd/7和90Nd/10的工艺性能和产品玻璃性能与90U/19、90U/20相当。其中,90Nd/7配方已成功地用于在德国KfK-INE进行的电熔炉法玻璃固化工程规模冷台架试验。主要性能与实验室结果一致。Basic glass formulations 90U/ 19, 90U/20, 90Nd/7 and 90Nd/10 applied in electric meltingprocess are developed by using the mathimatical model of the viscosity and electric resistance ofwaste glass. The yellow phase does not occure for basic glass formulations 90U/19 and 90U/20solidifying HLW from nuclear fuel reprocessing plant when the waste loading is 20%,Under thewaste loading is l6%,the process and product properties of glass 90U/19 and 90U/20 come up toor surpass the properties of the same kind of foreign waste glasses,and other properties are abutthe same to them of foreign waste glasses. The process and product properties of basic glass formu-lations 90Nd/7 and 90Nd/10 used for the solidification of“Ureplaced by Nd”liquid waste are al-most similar to them of 90U/19 and 90U/ 20,These properties fairly meet the requirements of“joint test”(perfoimed at KfK-INE,Germany).Among these formulations, 90Nd/7 is applied incold engineering scale electric melting test performed at KfK-INE in Germany.The main processproperties of cold test is similar to laberatory resuIts.
