摘 要:月季切花在无聚乙烯膜包装经3天湿藏,呼吸强度和C2H4生成量比贮前明显增加,瓶插寿命比未经贮运对照显著变短。聚乙烯膜包装通过降低包装袋内O2和提高CO2浓度有效地抑制呼吸强度和C2H4生成量的增加,从而增大花径和延长瓶插寿命,厚膜比薄膜效果更显著。Cut rose of Golden times' was used as material in this paper, with the aim to compare the effects of different temperatures (8℃- 15℃ ), thickness of polyethylene film (0.04mm, 0.35mm), and storage methods (wet, dry) on delaying senescence of the .flowers under a simulated condition. The results were as follows:① Wet stored in paper box for 3 days without PE package, respiration rate and ethylene production were remarkedly increased at storage temperature of both 8℃ and 15℃, and vase life was significantly shorter than CK.②PE package with lowering O2 cone. and raising CO2 cone. in it could effectively de crease respiration and ethylene production,and also enlarged the flower and prolonged the vase life, of which that of 0.35mm film was much more obvious than that of 0.04mm film. The treatment of (15℃+0.35mm film) was similar to that of (8℃ +0.04mm film)for delaying senescence of the cut rose flower.③With the 0.35mm film package, respiration and ethylene production were slightly lower at the same temperature in wet storage than in dry storage, while nower opening and vase life were longer with storage in the wet than in the dry.Differences for all of above parameters between the wet and the dry, however, were not significant.
