摘　　要：本文针对手写邮政编码数字识别的预处理问题，探讨了从信封版面提取邮政编码数字的原理．对各个角度信封放置情况邮政编码块信息特征进行分析，建立收、发方码数据库，并分析了实际的处理结果．Aiming at the pretreatment of digifal discernment of handwritten postcodes.The article has probed into the principle of drawing post code from the envelope. Ithas analysed the information characteristics of post code block on envelopes unier are putin differeat positions.established the dafa base of post codes of receivers and senders,and analysed the actual treatment result.
