摘 要:在已优选出来的最佳条件下,进行不同工艺路线下制取红麻全秆ASCMP的研究。结果表明料片水洗再汽蒸,然后预处理,再经常压二道磨浆,所得浆料在实验室抄造出的新闻纸,各项指标均达到或超过国家A级标准。通过PFI磨研究表明红麻ASCMP的适宜磨浆程度为磨至55~60°SR。采用SEM观察到了浆料中潜态的存在。消潜可在60℃下进行。用差热分析仪测定了磨木本素的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),由于木素被磺化,Tg下降了3.67℃。On the optimum condition of CMP with alkaline Sodium Sulfite pretreatment,pulping route and mechnism of CMP from kenaf was studied. The washed and steamed ( at the atmospheric pressure) kenaf was pretreated and then refinedwith two times, as a result, the paper with even tissue and fine absorption property wasmade with physical property indexes that are equal or superior to newsprint nationalstandard. Studty on the effect of beating degree on physical characteristics with PFI show-ed the best beating degree of kenaf ASCMP should be 55~60°SR. Latency was ob-served in kenaf ASCMP bv means of SEM. It could be removaled by mechanical agita-tion at 60 ℃ for half an hour. The glass transition temperature of MWL isolated formkenaf and kenaf ASCMP was measured by DSC. Because of lignin sulfonation,the Tg of kenaf MWL was decreased by 3.67℃.
