协青早A的花粉育性观察与提纯

摘　　要：通过对协青早Ａ单株跟踪全穗花粉镜检结果的分析，初步总结出了协青早Ａ花粉育性表现的基本规律。Pollen sterility is very important in selecting single plants or plant rows in the purification ofsterile lines.The survey on pollen sterility of Xieqingzhao A showed that pollen fertility varied with the ex-aminations at different stages of the same plant or at the same stage of different plants.It was found that thefrequency or the number of times with stained pollens occuring had no distinct correlation with the numberof stained pollens,the percentage of the frequency with stained pollens had very significantly negative corre-lation with the daily mean temperature 10 days before examination,and that there existcd more stained pol- lens in the lst to 3rd spikelets from the base of every rachis.In the purification of Xiequngzhao A, there- fore,the method to examine pollen fertility should be:(1) checking one of the lst to 3rd spikelets from thebase of the lst to 6th rachises;(2) for the checked sterile plants,3～5times of microscope examinationsshould be conducted to trace the performance under relatively low temperature conditions,together withthat of other times of examinations;the single plants or plant rows with the least stained pollen frequencyand the most typical abortive pollens were finally selected.
