兔轮状病毒性腹泻的流行病学和病原学研究

摘　　要：１９９０～１９９１年，作者对云南一些兔场的幼兔腹泻进行了流行病学调查、病原学和血清学检验，成功地从腹泻死亡幼兔肠内容物中分离出２株兔轮状病毒，经形态学、生物学、血清学、核酸分析以及本动物回归等方面的鉴定，确定为Ａ群血清３型轮状病毒。据此确立了幼兔轮状病毒性腹泻在我国的存在。e have examined epidimiological surey.Virology and serology for diarrheaof the young rabbits in Yunnan from 1990 to 1991.Two rabbits rotavirus strains weresuccessfallv isolated from intestinal contents of the died diarrheal rabbit. It have identi-fied by morphological,biological,serological,genome analysis and rabbit infectionas group A serotype 3 rotavirus.Therefore,the young rabbits of rotaviral diarrhea hasbeen established for the first time in China.
