柑桔碎叶病毒的脱毒

摘　　要：夏天将带有碎叶病毒的粹潼脐橙、金堂早脐、新会橙、雪柑、蕉柑新１号、德森温州蜜柑盆栽苗置于玻璃房中，１０～４０天不同时间从其上采嫩芽进行茎尖嫁接，所获茎尖苗全部或部分无碎叶病毒。不同品种不同时间热处理后采其茎尖进行茎尖嫁接的脱毒效果木同。Pre-heat treatment for the potted Zitong navel orange,Jintang navelorange,Xinghuicheng,Xuekan,Tankan No.l and Tokumori Satsuma which all car-ried CTLV were made in glasshouse for 10～40 days in summer,and successively pro-ceeded STG by using a shoot-tip of 0.2 mm in length:As a result,it could produceTLV-free trees.But the elimination rates were variant among different varieties.
