静松灵对大额牛镇静麻醉效果研究

摘　　要：证明静松灵（Ｚｉｎｇｓｏｎｇｎｉｎｉ）可以作为大额牛（ＢｏｓＦｒｏｔａｌｉｓ）的保定、麻醉药。有较好的镇静、镇痛、肌肉松驰作用。该药用量小、作用迅速、效果确实、使用方便、安全、副作用小等优点，０．０５～０．２ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重作为保定剂量，０．３～０．６ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重作为中麻醉剂量，０．８～２ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重为深麻醉剂量。This paper demonstrated that zingsongnini could administrated to Bos frotalisas the restrainer and anaesthetic and with good effects on the sedation, analyetic andmuscular flaccid ness.The results of the experiments suggested.That this medicine hasprompt, distinct,handy and safe effect. It also showed that zingsongnini could be in-jected with 0.05～0.2 mg medicine to per kg body weight as the restrained dose. with 0.3～0.6 mg to per kg body weight as the middle narcotic dose and with 0.8～2.0 mg to perkg body weight as deep narcotic dose.
