食道瘘管法和人工法采集放牧绵羊牧草标样养分的比较试验

摘　　要：应用食道瘘管法和人工法采集放牧绵羊采食牧草，测得前法采集牧草的粗蛋白质、粗灰分含量和干物质消化率均高于后法采集的标样的相应结果，而粗纤维含量正相反，差异高度显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明，食道瘘管法采集的牧草标样更加切合实际与更加精确。After comparing the content of the crude protein, the crude fiber, ash and the dry metter digestibility of the forage samples selected by hand plucking method, there were highly significantly differences (P<0.01), lt shows that the forage sample collected by manual method does not reveal the complete and real condition of the diets selected by grazing sheep on pastures.
