净石灵治疗泌尿系结石310例临床观察报告

摘　　要：以中草药补肾排石新药净石灵治疗泌尿系结石３１０例，总有效率９１．８％，与日本进口消石素（优克龙）总有效率６０％比较，两组差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。毒理实验安全，药理实验有明显的利尿作用和增强肾盂、输尿管蠕动功能。cases of urinary calculus were treated with Jingshiling,a newmedicinal herbs of tonifying kidney and removing of urinary calculus.The total ef-fective rate was 91.8%,Remarkable differences were showed as compared with Uralyt(Made in Japan), the total effective rate was 60 %(P<0.05)。Toxicological experiment was safe. The functions of diuresis,strengthening the peristalsis of renal pelvis and ureter were found by pharmacological experiment.
