中药制剂康赛德Ⅰ号治疗海洛因依赖15例  

Primary Observation on Treatment of 15 Cases of Heroin Dependence

摘　　要：１５例中按分级标准，入院时症状严重程度达２级的６例，治疗第４天戒断症状反应降至１级，治疗第７天，戒断反应程度在１级以下。９例１级治疗３天后症状改善，其中３例无戒断症状反应。第１０天１５例均未出现１级戒断反应。用开式单向序贯分析法判断，发现治疗第３天无效，第５天有显著效果，第１０天疗效较明显。入院治疗第８天尿内吗啡检测结果为３例阴性，１０例弱阳性，２例强阳性。表明康赛德Ⅰ号是较有前途的戒毒药物。According to the grading criterion, 6 cases'symptom was serious at grade 2 in15 cases.Abstinence symptom reaction droped to grade 1 after 4 days of treatment withKangsaide No. 1.Abstinenee symptom reaction droped below grade 1 after 7 days of treat-ment. 9 cases'symptoms in grade 1 are improved after 3 days of treatment, in which, 3 caseshad no reaction of abstinence symptom, All cases didn't have grade 1 reaction of abstinencesymptom at the tenth day,The result was ineffective at the third day,effective at the fifth day,significant effective at the tenth day deteimined by the opening monodirection sequential ana-lysis method. The results of maophine test in urine showed that 3 cases were negative, 10 caseswere weak positive and 2 cases were strong positive,It indicated that Kangsaide No. 1 was anencouraging medicine in drugs abstinence.
