摘 要:减少漂白过程中H_2O_2的催化分解是降低漂白成本的重要途径。研究指出,马尾松磨木浆H_2O_2漂白前经H_2SO_4预处理能减少H_2O_2的分解,当H_2SO_4用量为0.6%时,漂浆白度增加1.5度,白度增值率由10.08度提高到13.43度。pH值对H_2O_2的分解影响很大,在酸性介质中的H_2O_2漂白,白度增值、H-2O_2消耗和漂浆白度都很低。经NaOH调节使漂白介质为pH值接近9时,白度增值5.2度,继续增加碱度,H_2O_2的分解增加,漂浆白度降低,采用Na_2SiO_3调节,随着Na_2SiO_3施加量的增加,介质pH值与漂浆白度相应提高,pH为9时,白度增值可达8.3度。此外,利用废液预漂,可以提高漂浆的白度与白度增值率。Decreasing the catalytic decomposition of H2O2 during bleaching process is an important way to reduce the bleaching cost. The research shows that the presence of Na2SiO3 in the bleaching liquor can obviously restrain the decomposition of H2O2.Raising the temperature increases the decomposition of H2O2. As the temperature rises from 28℃ to 90℃,the decomposition in six hours increases from 6.2% to 50.2%, Pretre-atment with H2SO4 before H2O2-bleaching can decrease the consumption and decomposition of H2O2.With 0.6% HzSO4 the pulp brightness increases another 1.5 units and the brightness gain efficiency increases from 10.08 units to 13.43 units. The pH significantly affects the decomposition of H2O2 during bleaching process. When the bleaching is carried out in acid medium, the brightness gain and H2O2 consumption are very slow. NaOH is used for adjusting the medium to bleach under alkalinity- When the pH approaches 9, the brightness gain is 5.2 units. Keeping on increasing the alkalinity the decomposition of H2O2 increases obviously and the bleached pulp brightness decreases. Na2SiO3 is used for adjusting the medium, the pH and bleached pulp brightness correspondingly increases as the addition of Na2SiO3 in this study range. The brightness gain gets to 8.3 units at pH 9. In order to reduce the H2O3 consumption and to accelerate bleaching, a certain amount of Na2SiO3 and NaOH should be added. Prebleaching the pulp with waste liquor can increase the brightness of bleach ei pulp and the brightness gain.
