摘　　要：为统一荧光粉发光亮度量值，中国计量科学研究院研究了建立荧光粉发光亮度工作基准及量值传递方法。为改善荧光粉发光亮度、色品坐标等光色参数的量值传递，我们研制了一套密封型荧光粉标准样品。本文描述了这两方面的工作。For unifying the luminance value of phosphor,a study on establishment of the working stanard for luminance of phosphor and the method of the value dissemination has been carried out in National Institute of Metrology. In order to improve the dissemination of luminance, chromaticity coordinates, etc, a set of sealed reference samples of phosphor have been developed. both mentioned above are described in this artical.
