摘 要:在大田栽培条件下,测定了黄绿苗突变体浙12-12N、5个芽黄突变系和2个陆地棉品种的叶绿素含量。结果表明,黄绿苗浙12-12N与5个芽黄突变系的芽黄性状差异明显,苗期黄绿苗浙12-12N的真叶鲜叶中叶绿素a+b、叶绿素a、叶绿素b的含量各为1.2355,0.7933,0.4423mg/g,a/b值为1.7940,分别比正常绿苗的泗棉2号降低33.32%,34.33%,31.44%和4.21%;较芽黄突变系的T_(582)、V_1、V_2、V_3分别高14.26%-58.24%,14.79%-65.59%,13.32%-45.05%和1.69%-59.12%,吐絮前黄绿苗浙12-12N植株顶部主茎叶各叶位叶片叶绿素含量呈现由上而下递增趋势,而且其主茎顶端完全展开叶至倒二叶的叶绿素含量极显著地低于泗棉2号和斯字棉701N、但倒五叶及其以下各叶反而高于正常叶色品种。Yellow-green seedling Zhe 12-12 N,five virescent mutant lines and two normal vari-eties in upland cotton were grown under field condition to determine the characteristics of chloro-phyll.Significant differences were found between five virescent mutants and yellow-green seedlingZhe 12-12 N for the expression of virescent character.At seedling stage,the contents of chloro-phvll a + b,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a/b in euphylla of yellow-green seedlingZhe 12-12 N were 1.235 5 mg/g FW,0.793 3 mg/g FW,0.442 2 mg/g FW and 1.794,respective-ly,which were lower than those of the normal green variety Simian 2 by 33.32%,34.33%,31. 44%and 4.21%,respectively,and higher than those of the virescent mutants T_(582),V_1,V_2 and V_3 bv 14.26%-58. 24%,14. 79%-65.59%,13.32%-45. 05%and 1.69%-59. 12%,respectively. Beforethe opening of cotton-boll,the chlorophyll content of leaves in different leafposition in main stem ofyellow-green seedling Zhe 12-12 N was increasing from top to bottom.The chlorophyll contents ofthe youngest and second youngest expanded leaves were significantly lower than those of Simian 2and Stonenille 701 N. By contrast,the chlorophyll contents of the fifth,sixth and seventh youngestexpanded leaves were higher than those of normal green varieties.
