大白鼠和小白鼠食饵性高脂血症实验模型的研究

摘　　要：本文对诱发大鼠和小鼠高脂血症的饲料配方作了买验探讨,证明由胆固醇1.5%,胆酸0.25%猪油7.5%和90.75%的基础饲料组成的高脂饲料食饵,饲喂大鼠或小鼠7天,可使血清总胆固醇升高5倍左右,两种动物模型可以互相印证,适合降血脂中草药的筛选研究。Hyperlipidemia in rats and mice was induced by hyperlipidemic diet containing 1.5% cholesterol, 0.25% cholic acid, 7.5% lard and 90.75% essential diet. After feeding for 7 days, the serum cholesterol levels in the experimental group are about 5 times higher than that in the control group. It appears that there exist similarities between rats and mice and that these madels may be used for screening tests of hypolipidemic drugs.
