摘　　要：本文报道贵州灵芝科(Ganodermataceae)灵芝属(Ganoderma)2种,1.多分枝灵芝Ganoderma ramosissimum Zhao;2.任氏灵芝Ganoderma renii He,sP.nov.上述研究标本保藏在贵州科学院生物研究所真菌标本室(HMBAG)。The present paper is the fourth report of the studies on the taxonomy of Ganodermataceae from Guizhou Province. Two species of the genus Gano-derma are reported. They are Ganoderma ramosissimum Zhao and Ganoderma renii He sp. nov. All the specimens cited in this paper are deposited in the Mycological Herbarium of the Institute of Biology, Academia Guizhou (HMBAG). Ganoderma renii was named in memory of my teacher, Professor Ren Wei of Southwest Forestry College, China.
