五味子(北、南)的高压液相图谱及木脂素成分含量测定

摘　　要：用高压液相色谱法对我国主要产区的五味子(北、南)中的木脂素作了定性定量分析,结果表明,不同产地的北五味子色谱图相同,仅含量不同;不同来源的南五味子色谱图则有差别。The lignans contained in the fruits of Schisandra chinensis and S. sphenanthern were determined by HPLC. Their chromatograms are different. 7 samples of S. chinensis from (?) habitats contain the same Iignans, but in different quantity, while 16 samples of S. sphensnther(?) contain liguana different both in quality and quantity.
