电针预防大鼠应激性胃溃疡过程中胃泌素、肥大细胞和粘膜屏障的作用

摘　　要：本文研究了电针预防大鼠应激性胃溃疡过程中，血和胃粘膜胃泌素的变化．以及胃粘膜的厚度、粘液层厚度和肥大细胞的作用。结果表明电针预防大鼠应激性胃溃疡可能与电针能够提高胃粘膜屏障，稳定胃粘膜肥大细胞和抑制胃粘膜胃泌素水平等作用有关。The experimental Wistar rats were divided into two groups. the acupuncture group and the controI group. Stress-induced gastric ulcer models were established by immersion of restrained rats in water. The electroacupuncture was able to protect stress rat from stress induced peptic ulcer. The resuItsindicated that electroacupuncture protecting rat from stress uleration was relevant to enhancing gastricmucosal barrler - stahilizing gastric mast cell and inhihiting the gastrin Ievels in gastric rnucous.
