天容穴治疗对硬脑膜肥大细胞的抑制作用

摘　　要：肥大细胞参与神经原性炎症（NI），在偏头痛的发病机制中发挥重要作用。本研究采用透视电镜技术观察‘天容’穴治疗对电刺激三叉神经节诱发的硬脑膜肥大细胞脱颗粒的影响。结果发现：“天容”穴注射强的松龙可显著抑制电刺激三叉神经节所致的硬脑膜肥大细胞脱颗粒，而“天容”穴注射生理盐水和“曲池”穴注射强的松龙仅有部分抑制作用。提示抑制硬脑膜NI是“天容”穴治疗偏头痛的作用机制之一。Mast cells may participate in neurogenic inflammation(NI) relative to migraine. The effects of Tianrong acupoint therapy on unilateral degranulation of mast cells in rat dura mater following elcetrical stimulation of trigeminal ganglion were evaluated by transmission electron microscopy. We found that Tianrong acuPOint injection with saline and Quchi acuPoint injection with prednisolonum inhibited effectively the degranulation of mast cells in rat dura mater induced by electrical stimulation of trigeminal ganglion, but it was much weaker than T1anrong acupoint injection with prednisolonum. The results provided the evidence that Tianrong acupoint therapy could inhibit the NI on the affected side.
