活性翠蓝匀染性问题工艺探讨

摘　　要：本文从上染率及织物表面得色率的测定数据分析了活性艳绿的上染过程,调整Na_2CO_3加入量及时间,解决色花问题,并结合生产论证该工艺的可行性。The dyeing cycle of reactive brilliant green is analysed in accordance with measured data of dye uptakd and dye yield on the fabric surface.To eliminate uneven dyeing,the add on and the adding time of Na_2CO_3 is adjusted.The feasiblity of selected technology is proved in the light of dyeing practice.
