摘　　要：本文介绍了涤纶针织磨毛产品的染整加工工艺、采用设备、磨毛产品的工艺流程、主要工艺参数的选择与工艺因素分析.详细讨论了影响磨毛工艺的各种因素,为生产系列涤纶针织磨毛产品打下了良好的基础.The article introduces the dyeing and finishing process of polyester sanded fabric in terms of equipment used, process line and the selection of main technological parameters. Factors that influence the sanding process are discussed in detail,which lays a good foundation for the production of a range of polyester sanded knits.
