摘　　要：为克服现有电力运动系统遥测功率的计算量大，实时性差的弱点，本文在二瓦特法的基础上提出了一种新的测量方法，其特点是计算简便，实时性好，硬件实现容易，用该方法制成的遥测仪表在系统中运行稳定可靠，说明本文提出的测量方法有较高的实用价值。In this paper,a method for measruing the power of an electic network is given.According to the method the differentials in the phase between voltage and current of the electric network are measured. After taking several samples of them in a period, the power of the electric network can be calculated with less time of the calculation and higher efficiency of the measurement.
