摘　　要：介绍了硫化过程微机集散控制系统中ＰＣ总线工业控制计算机与多台ＭＣＳ－５１单片机为核心的硫化控制仪之间的多机通信的方法与实现。本控制系统采用主从应答通信方式，由上位机通过星形网络轮换与各个下位机进行通信，通过接口电路将ＰＣ总线工控机中的ＲＳ－２３２异步串行通信适配器转换为ＲＳ－４２３通信标准，并实现１到８路转换，该接口电路从硬件上保证了各信道不存在竞争冲突，从而保证了通信的可靠性。文中还介绍了通信信息包的数据格式和通信软件的设计方法。本通信系统结构简单，编程方便，是一种经济可行的数据通信方法，在实际应用中值得借鉴。The method of data communication between PC bus industrial computer and MCS-51single chip computers in rubber vulcanization distributed control system is introduced.Thehost computer communicate to each MCS-51 single chip computers in order by a star net-work in this control svstem,A interface circuit transfer RS-232 asvnchronous communica-tion receiver-transm itter which in PC bus industrial computer to RS-423 communicationrule and realize one to eight selection,There are no competition in eight communication chan-nels.So the communication is very reliable. The structure of this system is simply,program-ming is very easy,it is a useful method of data communication.
