摘　　要：介绍一种以高性价比单片计算机 PIC16C57为核心构成的喂丝机计长控制器:由检测电路对喂丝过程中的喂入长度进行检测,单片机将检测长度与设定长度进行比较,当二者相等时,控制喂丝机停止喂丝.文中对控制器的功能、电路原理和软件设计作了详细介绍.A high property/price length counting and controller for wire feeders based on a PIC16C57 single-chip computer are introduced.The computer compares the given length with that of feeded wire measured by a detecting circuit and will stop the wire feeder until they are equal.The controller's function,circuit princple and software design are explained in detail.
