摘  要:二氯甲烷对大小鼠急性毒性LC(50)为74760和51860mg/m3,大鼠蓄积系数大于5(6.3);家兔经皮吸收后2~3h血中COHb%达高峰,7~8h恢复正常,对兔眼结膜有较强的刺激,大鼠、豚鼠慢性浓度在2800mg/m3以上,可使OCT、BUN、TG和血中COHb%升高,使巨噬细胞吞噬功能降低,二氯甲烷浓度10372和5186mg/m3可使致突变指数大于15;在1700mg/m3以上使骨髓细胞微核率升高明显;无明显的致畸和胚胎毒作用.The toxicological examinations of dichloromethane were reported in this paper. TheLC50s for dichloromethane in rat and mouse were 74760and 51860 mg/m3,respectively. Thecumulation coefficient in rat was greater than5(6. 3).The level of HbCO%in blood of rab-bits reache the maximum 2~3 h and recovered normal 7~8 h after cutaneous exposure, therewas a intensive irritation to eye's mucous membrane of rabbits. The levels of OCT, BUN,TG,and HbCO%in blood were increased at concentration above 2800mg/m3 in rats andguinea pigs, Dichloromethane reduced the swallow function of macrophage, The mutagenicindexes were greater than 15 at 10372and 5186 mg/m3, respectively. The frequencies of mi-cronucleus in bone marrow cells increased at comcentration above 1700 mg/m3. There wereno clear teratogenicity and embryonic toxicity.
