摘  要:本文根据肩部的解剖学特点和动力学观点,试用生物力学原理对肩周炎的发病机理进行探讨。指出肩周关节在活动中,肩部的肌肉相互抗拮.或相互协同,导致肌肉在某位置或某位置变化中要承受拉应力及不同形式的扭矩和弯矩的影响,从而得出损伤和退变是导致肩周炎的一个重要因素,二者都与运动有关的结论。According to the characteristic of anatomy of the shoulder and biodynamic pointview,this paper sttempts to study pathogenesis of periar- thritis bumeroscapularis by using biomechanic principles.It is pointed out that in the activity of shoulder joints the mutual resistance or mutual coordination of muscles of the shoulder joint results in the effects of pulling force and different forms of twisting moment and curving moment on muscles in some places and local changes.Thus it has come the conclusion that damage and degeneration are the important cause of periarthritis humeroscapularis,both are related with motion.
