摘 要:为了研究稀土元素对作业者免疫功能的影响,本文筛选了186名稀土作业工人为观察组,对照组为72名。测定了作业环境粉尘浓度总放射性及γ照射量率。血清免疫球蛋白(Ig)g、A、M,补体C_3,植物血凝素(PHA)皮试,淋巴细胞非特异性酯酶(ANAE)染色。结果提示与对照组相比及作业者按工龄分组相比细胞免疫功能明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),体液免疫功能明显改变(P<0.01或P<0.05)。多元回归分析方程也能很好地解释作业者免疫功能改变。放射性对稀土作业者免疫功能影响认为很小。n order to study the effect of rare earth on im- munologic function of exposers,186 exposed workerswere sampled as cases,72 rare earth-unexposedworkers as controls. Environmental concentration ofrare earth dust,total radioactivity,γexposure ratio, serum(Ig ) A,G,M,complement 3,phytohemag-glutinin(PHA)skin test and ANAE staining were as-sessd.The results suggested that cellular immunitytests of exposed workers were significantly lower thanthat of controls (P<0.01);humoral immunity testsof exposed workers were more markedly changed thanthat of controls (P < 0.01 or P <0.05 ); significantchange of both cellular and humoral immunity werealso shown in 3 groups of exposed workers in term ofexposed years(P<0.01 or P<0.05). The equationof multivariance regression facilitated the explanationof the result. That effects of rare earth radioactivityon the immunologic function seemed to be little.
