手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症211例分析

摘　　要：本文通过对211例腰椎间盘突出症手法治疗的总结,显效率达83.4%。并讨论了病因病理、临床诊断及手法治疗问题。作者认为硬膜外造影术兼封闭有助于诊断和治疗。手法对活动型者疗效较佳。卧床休息和练功有助于治疗和功能恢复。This article summarizes 211 cases of manipulation treatment of Lumbar Disc Protrusion with high curative rate of 83.40%.Pathogeny,Pathology,Clinical diagnosis and problem of manipulation treat- ment were disscused.The author thinks the extradurai radiography with blocking is helpful to make a diagno- sis and treatment.The manipulation is more effective to the unfixed protrusion.Rest in bed and physical training are helpful to the recovery.
