摘  要:将通过细胞工程技术获得的小麦抗根腐病突变体后代M_1、M_2和M_3进行抗病性鉴定。结果表明,其突变体后代M_1、M_2和M_3都能保持抗病性,同时,突变体的过氧化物酶的活性较标准型对照品种明显增强,在同工酶谱中出现2条新的酶带。The resistance was tested in offspring M1 , M2 and M3 of mutants resistant to Helminthosporium sativum of wheat which was obtained by cell engineering. The experimental results demonstrated that the resistance was retained in the offspring of M1, M2 and M3 of mutants resistant to Helminthosporium sativum. In the meantime, as compared with standard control variety, the peroxidase activity of mutants increased remarkably. Two additional isoperoxidase bands appeared in the disease-resistant mutants.
