摘  要:本文详细地观察了草苁蓉瘤状体的形态与结构,结果如下:草苁蓉瘤状体白色或深褐色,大小不等,最大直径约30mm左右。幼小时为球形,长大后为不规则的块状;其解剖学特点是:瘤状体与寄主根连接的部分形成吸器,大量的薄壁细胞和螺纹状管胞伸入木质部与根的木质部相连。吸器的韧皮部也由筛管件胞及薄壁细胞与根的韧皮部相连,两者均缺乏纤维。幼期的瘤状体基部表面1—10层细胞内含菌丝,长大的瘤状体形成周皮,内部形成大量维管束和髓;瘤状体顶端由芽原基形成苗端,分化出生长点、叶原基、幼叶和腋芽原基。幼叶不发达,无栅栏组织和海绵组织分化,无叶绿体。Tumour-body of Bosclmiakia rossica is white or dark brown. It differed in size. Young tumour-body is ball, after grown,is irregular- lump. The characteristics of anatomy is as follow. The parasitic root was formed at linking up host root.A number of parenchyma cells and spiral thickening tracheid entered xylem and linked up root xylem. The phloem of parasitic root linked up root phloem and short of fiber.There was hypha in 1- 10layers cell of surface in young tumour-body base. Grown tumour-body formed periderm,vascular bundle and a lot of pith cells. The top of tumour-body formed shoot apex from bud primordium,and differentiated growing point, leaf primordium. young leaf and axillary bud primordium.Young leaf didn't differentiated palisade tissue and spongy tissue and young leaf was not developed, there was not chloroplast in leaf.
