银杏外种皮的双黄酮成分

摘　　要：从银杏（ＧｉｎｋｇｏｂｉｌｏｂａＬ．）外种皮的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到６个化合物，其中５个经物理常数及光谱（ＵＶ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、ＮＭＲ）分析鉴定为金松双黄酮（ｓｃｉａｄｏｐｉｔｙｓｉｎ）、银杏素（ｇｉｎｋｇｅｔｉｎ）、异银杏素（ｉｓｏｇｉｎｋｇｅｔｉｎ）、Ｉ－５＇－甲氧基白果素（Ｉ－５＇ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙｂｉｌｏｂｅｔｉｎ）及白果素（ｂｉｌｏｂｅｔｉｎ）。这些化合物均首次从银杏外种皮分离。ive known biflavones,sciadopitysin(Ⅰ), ginkgetin(Ⅲ),isoginkgetin(Ⅴ),I-5'-methoxy bilobetin(Ⅶ)and bilobetin(Ⅷ)were isolated from the fleshy testa of Ginkgo biloba L. collected in the campus of Beijing Medical U n iversity. The structure determination was based upon the physical & chemical data and spectroscopic analysis (UV,IR,MS,NMR ).They are the same as the contents of the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.,but the biflavones are first isolated from the testa part of this st1ecies.
