摘　　要：从民族植物学的观点介绍了我国磨芋的历史变迁及现代研究，论述了花磨芋（ＡｍｏｒｐｈｏｐｈａｌｌｕｓｋｏｎｊａｃＫ．Ｋｏｃｈ．）和疏花磨芋（Ａ．ｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓＢｅｌｖａｌ）的区别。认为磨芋是一种很好的食疗佳品，值得进一步推广。he history of the utilization of Mo Yu(Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch)in China was traced from the viewpoint of ethnobotany,the different uses between another two species(A.konjac and A. sinensis)were also discussed. It is concluded that A. konjac is a valuable edible plant with various effects,and is worth for extendible exploitation.
