叶下珠化学成分的研究

摘　　要：从叶下珠PhyllanthusurinariaL．全草的乙醇浸泡浓缩物的正丁醇是取物中分离出10种结晶性化合物，经波谱分析和化学方法鉴定出其中的6种成分：正卅烷醇（triacontanol，Ⅱ），豆甾醇（stigmasterol，Ⅲ），羽扇豆醇（lupo－20（29）－ene－3β－ol，Ⅳ），正三十二烷酸（dotriacontanoicacid，Ⅴ），丁二酸（succinicaeid，Ⅵ），豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙（stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside，Ⅶ），其余4种成分正在鉴定中。10 crystalline compounds have been isolated from Phyllanthus urinaria Linn., Collected from Guangzhou. They were identified as triacontanol (Ⅱ), stigmasterol (Ⅲ), lupo-20 (29) -ene-3β-ol(Ⅳ), dotriacontanoic acid (Ⅴ), succinic acid (Ⅵ) and β-stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅶ). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data of IR MS, 1H and 13CNMR and other chemical methods. The. other four are pending further identification.
